The service
Text your Caddy watches for golf tee times matching criteria you provide and reserves them using your own golf course account, with your approval. You are the customer of the golf course; we act only on your instruction.
Your responsibilities
- You must have a valid account with the booking site you ask us to use, and the right to use it.
- You are responsible for complying with the golf course’s own terms, rates, and cancellation and no-show policies.
- You are responsible for green fees and any charges arising from bookings, including no-show penalties.
- Only provide a mobile number that belongs to you.
Bookings and approval
We do not complete a reservation without your approval unless you explicitly enable automatic booking. Availability, pricing, and booking windows are controlled entirely by the golf course and can change or disappear at any moment. We cannot guarantee that any particular tee time will be found or secured.
Text messages
By opting in you agree to receive account notification texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for missed tee times, failed bookings, unwanted bookings, charges levied by a golf course, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by removing your credentials and phone number in settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate a golf course’s terms.
